Kim has over 39 years of experience in the health food industry covering all aspects from wholesale, manufacturing, and distribution to national retailing and directing. Kim has worked all over Australia but has always called Perth home. Kim's knowledge and expertise flow throughout Carine Health, and her passion for the industry guides customers on their personal journeys to a healthier way of life. Kim is a natural listener with a proven, trustworthy reputation, which is rare in the retail environment.

Owner/Managing Director

Mei

Mei has over 20 years of experience in the health and sports nutrition industry, including managing a health store in Karratha for 10 years where she looked after mining employees and their families, managing all their supplements and personal health goals. Mei moved back to Perth and worked at the health store in Harbour Town for 2 years before the opportunity arose to purchase Carine Health in partnership with Kim. Mei has great product knowledge and a natural ability to relate to customers, always guiding you in the right direction to suit your health needs.

Amanda

Amanda is a degree-qualified naturopath and herbalist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy from Endeavour College of Natural Health. Amanda works with clients at Carine Health using evidence-based herbal medicine, wholefood nutrition, Australian Bush Flower Essences, and supportive lifestyle guidance. With a kind and compassionate approach, Amanda creates personalised treatment plans that address the root cause of health concerns — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Amanda specialises in emotional wellbeing, digestive health, and helping people move beyond chronic stress and fatigue to reclaim their vitality.
